Pain clinics and puppy dogs addressed in new Rogersville ordinances
The ordinance also states that a pain management clinic, substance abuse treatment facility or methadone clinic cannot be located within 1,000 feet of a school, church, day care facility, mortuary, hospital or establishment that sells alcoholic beverages.
