1st we were arguing and she left with my then1 yr old girl,went to a neighbors that we barely knew and just left my girl with them.When i found my daughter the neighbors said she told them she wouldn’t be gone long but for them not to give her to me.That was 8pm sat night she showed up sun at 2pm with the story that 1 of our friends that was pregnant went into labor and the babies daddy need a ride to the hospital in the next town but the only person that had a car was this guy we both knew but was way to drunk to drive.The babies daddy offered her 50 bux to take him and the owner of the car said he had no problem as long as he rode up front to keep an eye on her driving,since we were both she had taken a few nerve pills earlier.She said that she slept in a chair in the waiting room that night and all 4 agrred to the same story!A few weeks later,a guy that was infatuated with my fianceapproached me & told me he had feelings for her & that i should treat her better.I told him to mind his business & i would pray that god would put someone like her in his life.Now i already had 1 assault & battery charge pending or that would have been my answer.So after a few weeks of someone hanging up when i answered the phone but when she answered she’d say you have the wrong number.I’m no genius but i figured it was him but she insisted she wanted us to remail a family since we’d been together 3 yrs.But were both recovering drug addicts that go to a methadone clinic that costs 10 bux a person a day and were staying in a hotel room due to legal reasons.So i was getting up at 5 am,going to work&signing in,it’s 1st come basis,then going to get my methadone & back to work waiting to hopefully get a job that day so i could pay for our room plus our methadone.1 day i didn’t get to go out so we had no money for our room or methadone.At the clinic they will detox you in 3 days for not paying which in return leaves you terribly sick.So here i was sicker than a dog the 4th day when neither 1 of us was supposed to still be going to the clinic but all of a sudden the owner of the hotel(old pervert)found her a job so she could make enough to pay for the room at least.I thought something was up so when they left I gave them a minute then went to the clinic & there she was walking out.So i pulled beside her & asked what was going on & she said she was getting info on na meetings,lol.So when she got home from work she finally admitted that he was paying for her to go to dose but wouldn’t pat for me too,And that she was just doing it so she wouldn’t be sick & able to work.Later in the week she didn’t get to go out to work so we had no money to pay for thr room & the owner offered to take something for trade so we left.But the only other place to stay was at the same place where this idiot had a crush on my fiance.I wasn’t worried about it because she insured me i didn’t have 2 be but 1 night after an argument she dissappeared again & when she returned she said she went to a girlfriends place who in return lied for her.Later in the week the guy confronted me with messages she’d left on his voice mail,pictures of the 2 together along with him holding my daughter,he informed me they had sex more than once in my bed while i was at work with my daughter present in the same room.After confronting her with all this evidence she moved in with him partly because we could no longer afford our hotel room but partly because she wanted 2 see if the grass was greener.well,3 days later i was jailed on a previous assault charge & low and behold 2 days later here come the guy that she cheated on me with!He strolled up 2 me like we were best friends and 2 minutes later i had him on the ground taking out all of my aggression.The cops came in and put him in a different block but he was released a few days later.come to find out the night he came to jail he physically abused my fiance & threw a telephone which missed her and hit my 1 yr old.So she learned the grass ain’t always greener.Since i was release from jail we got our own apt,i work a fulltime job and have been for the last 16 months.My problem is that i still trult love her & want us to be a family more than anything but anytime we argue or the issue of trust comes up i say i forgive her but truthfully i havn’t and don’t know how to!In her defense she was under the influence of nerve pills which i know 1st hand will cause you to black out and do things you normally wouldn’t do or don’;t remember doing but she has been clean for over a year and has worked really hard on proving to me that she wants us to be a family.I just need help getting over this.I’m currently seeing a shrink but it’s not helping & the medicine the try to put me on is the same that helped cause the problems.I know this is more of a story than question but i felt people should know the whole story before giving me an answer.please help me save my family!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My son and his girlfriend and my 2 grandchildren moved in with me. I recently found out that they were addicted to Heroin and are now in a Methadone clinic where they go every day and get their Methadone (I don’t agree with it I’m trying to get them to go to Rehab) Neither one are working yet. Someone reported them to CPS for drug use and lack of supervision and they are coming to my house tomorrow. I took off work to be here, I’m supporting all of them right now. My son said that they are not going to tell CPS that they are using Methadone – I said what if they ask if you are taking drugs? His response was it’s not a drug – I have done enough research to know better. Will CPS request that they take a drug test? Does anyone know? I’m willing to put my 11month old grandson and 4 year old granddaughter in daycare while they get help. Will CPS take my grandchildren from me. What are my chance of getting custody of them? These 2 are just not getting it. Can anyone offer some advice for me. I love my son and my grandchildren so much. I don’t want to lose my son to drugs, but I’m so afraid that all of this is going to end badley.
